Terms of Service

Welcome to Sri Jeyaram Bakery & Sweets! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online ordering platform.

1. Ordering & Acceptance

When you submit an order, you agree that the details (items, size selections, quantities, contact data) are correct. All orders are subject to availability and storefront operating hours. We reserve the right to cancel orders if item availability status changes dynamically or if address limits are exceeded.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment structure. You agree to pay the total order amount (including delivery charges, if applicable) in cash to our delivery executive upon receiving the food items, or to the cashier during storefront pickup.

3. Cancellations

Customers can self-cancel orders directly on the live tracking page as long as the status remains "Pending" or "Confirmed". Once preparation has commenced in our kitchen, cancellations are no longer accepted.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform represents agreement to any updated terms.
